What type of events do you do?
We do all sorts of events - limited only by your imagination! We do birthday parties, festivals and carnivals, school functions, grand openings, bridal showers, baby showers, pregnant bellies, or proms. Face paint, glitter tattoos, henna, airbrush tattoos, non-nude body art and balloons make any activity more fun!
We also can do specfic themes, such as Animals, Princess, Superhero, Pirate... you get the idea!

Do you work with schools?
We often do school events, such as picnics and fall festivals. In fact, we are "Approved Vendors" for the Loudoun County School District. We have completed the appropriate paperwork and insurance. We are normally hired by the PTO or PTA of the school, and offer discounts. Contact us today for details.

Do you work with non-profits?
Yes. We love to help out with non-profits and charities. We offer discounts, and several options. Contact us if interested.

What are your rates?
Our packages start at $150. Rates can vary depending on the event, length of time, add-on services or equipment needs. Jobs over 35 miles from Bluemont incure a travel base rate of $50. We do offer discounted rates to non-profits. Contact us today for details.

Are you Insured?
Yes! As a professional company, we are fully licensed and insured. We can also provide "Additionally Insured" COIs for large events, and corporations upon request.

How many hours should I book for my party?
That's up to you! A typical party is two hours, painting about 15-25 people. For smaller events, we can do just an hour. If you are planning a public event, with a higher volume of guests, please refer to the public event/festival item below. Adults also enjoy being painted, so please expect that adults at your party will want to get painted as well.

Do you bring your own set up?
We bring everything we need! We only require a shaded, covered area if outdoors, a table and two upright chairs per artist - preferably away from the moon bounce, trash recepticals and loud music. If you cannot provide such set-up, please let us know, and we can bring our tent and equipment for an additional fee.

Even the best laid plans can still fail. Please have an alternative plan in case of rain or extreme temperatures. We also reserve the right to cease working and leave if there are extreme, dangeous or adverse working conditions. Adverse conditions included but not limited to: severe weather, destructive, violent, or extremely inappropriate behavior of a child or adult; illegal activities; dangerous conditions. This is based on the artist's discretion.

How far in advance should I book?
We book quickly! You should book your event AS SOON as you know the time and date. It’s never too early to book your event! Certain times, like holidays, weekends and during the Summer fill up quickly, so don’t wait too long - you don't want to disappoint the kids!

What type of materials do you use?
We only use professional, FDA compliant products. These materials are top quality, cosmetic-grade, hypoallergenic, and made specically for sensitive faces and body.
**We NEVER use craft paints or craft glitters!!

How do I book an event with you?
You can call or text me at 703-300-0248,  email me, or send me a message on my Contact Us page. No matter which method you choose, I promise to get back to you quickly. Please be prepared to tell me some pertinent information. I will ask your event location, the date and time of event, what type of event you wish to hire me for and the approximate number of guests to be painted.

How do I pay for my event?
We accept payments by Cash, Check, Pay Pal and Square, and Venmo. Payments by online services may incure a service charge. Please contact us for details, alternate payment options, and for Corporate Event information. Final payment is expected upon completion of job.

We require a $75 non-refundable reservation fee due at the time of booking. This fee is needed to lock in your time and date.
**Please keep in mind when trying to reserve a time, that some weekends are very popular.**

How do you control the line?
At parties, it's best if a line manager can be provided by the party host. We can not control the line as it is our job to focus on the person in the chair being painted. The Line Manager should keep the guests waiting in line at least 3 feet away from the artist at all times. This helps keep curious hands out of the paint and little ones from bumping the artist, table or chair.

What if a guest is sick?
To prevent the spread of germs or infections, anyone who is sick or APPEARS to be sick will not be painted. This includes guests with colds, runny noses, cold sores, rashes, or open sores and wounds. They will be handled with sensitivity and offered an arm painting as an alternative. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian of the child to not put the child into that position, and to ask ahead of time for the alternate option.

Do you do public events or festivals?
Yes, we often set up at festivals, fairs and public events. For private events we are paid by the hour, for open-to-the-public events, we normally charge on a "pay-per-face" basis. This includes designs for cheeks or arms, as well as masks and full face designs. At "pay-per-face" events, we provide our own tent, tables, chairs, signage, as well as a line manager.

What areas do you service?
Northern Virginia and surrounding areas.
**Parties more than 35 miles from 20135 will incur a base travel fee of $50.**

How do I remove my design?
Face paint washes off with soap and water, but our glitter and henna is made to last longer.
